3. 14-Day Free Trial & Auto-Billing Terms: New host accounts receive 14 days of full access with $0 charged on registration. Unless cancelled prior to 23:59 UTC on Day 14 via the Host Dashboard settings or email request to billing@hostifyos.com, your payment card will be automatically billed the selected subscription rate ($14.00/mo for Pro Host or $29.00/mo for Enterprise).
4. Custom Host Gateways & Fee Split: Hosts retain 100% ownership of guest payments processed through their custom payment links (Stripe, Revolut, PayPal). For transactions processed through native platform checkout, Ali Turan Inc. auto-deducts a 5% platform commission on Starter Tier accounts, while Pro and Enterprise tiers incur 0% commission.
5. Availability & Limitation of Liability: Ali Turan Inc. maintains a 99.9% uptime target for guidebook rendering and lockbox PIN delivery. In no event shall Ali Turan Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding total subscription fees paid by Host to Ali Turan Inc. in the preceding 3 months.
